Olivia Denby, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Hi! I’m Olivia and I am the owner of LivWell. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College in 2022.

I am very excited to be a new clinic owner in Woodstock and everything that comes with it. This past year as an RMT has been so fulfilling and I wanted to take the next steps by opening my own space and welcoming returning and new clients.

I decided to become a Massage Therapist because I enjoy helping others, and it is very rewarding to be able to make a difference in my patient’s lives. I am very fascinated by soft tissue manipulation and its effect on the body, and I look forward to continuing learning during my practice as a Massage Therapist.

My focus is to treat you as a whole person, rather than just your condition. During your initial treatment, we will go through your health history together and use various assessments to decide what will be the best course of action. My treatment style is dependent on the client’s needs, which can vary from relaxation to deep tissue and dealing with different impairments. I am passionate about lifelong learning and have implemented fascial techniques, cupping therapy, and hot stone into my treatments for those who may benefit from it.

Gwen Crawford, RMT

Hello, I'm Gwen. I graduated from the Lambton College Massage Therapy program in 2021.

I'm very excited to be a part of the team at LivWell.

I'm very passionate about the benefits of massage therapy. I am dedicated to listening to and understanding each individual client’s goals to encourage the best treatment outcomes. I am certified in therapeutic ultrasound, cupping, hot stone massage and have a strong understanding of hydrotherapy, remedial exercises, and home care to help you achieve your treatment goals. I believe massage therapy is one of the best natural ways to prevent and reduce pain, stress, and many acute and chronic conditions.

In the near future I hope to continue my education with a prenatal massage course. To allow LivWell to expand our specialties and continue to assist my clients in all stages of life.
